Emergency Voice and Mobile System: With WELLalarm’s Emergency Access, a first responder, healthcare professional or bystander can access your vital health information by either calling secure toll free number, by secure website or by accessing our .mobi site on any cell phone or PDA and inputting your unique WELL-ID in an emergency situation.
Parental Notification Solution: If your child’s account is accessed in an emergency, you will be automatically notified by either email or text message! Now that is peace of mind! Adults benefit from this system as well! Adult users can set up to 2 emergency contacts (friends, children, spouses, parents, or friends) to be notified automatically by the system in event of an emergency.
Linking of Accounts to WELLalarm Products: All WELLalarm products (WELLcharms™, WELLtags™, clothing labels, cell phone stickers, key tags, wallet ID cards, iron on labels and more) contain a toll-free number, URL and unique WELL-ID. WELLalarm's "linking" feature enables emergency responders, healthcare professionals and bystanders the ability to use your unique ID number to access the vital health information found in your WELLalarm account.
INFORMATION STORAGE
Basic Medical Information: Information including: Name, Address, Age, Sex, Weight, Blood Type, Illnesses and Conditions, Non-Prescription and Prescription Medications (and past prescriptions), Allergies, Physicians and Medical Professionals, Implanted Medical Devices (including pacemakers, orthopedic pins and Cochlear implants) Health Insurance information and Vaccinations and Immunizations records can be stored under basic information.
Extended Medical Information: Storage of extended health information including: Hospitalizations, Family History, Vital Measurements, Eye and Dental Records, and Test Results. Your healthcare history can be hard to remember and even harder to locate when you need it, so let WELLalarm make it easy by remembering for you! Just input the information once and we’ll take care of the rest.
Documents: Storage of Vital Personal Documents (including everything from birth certificates to house deeds to passports) Medical Documents (including everything MRI’s to Mammograms) Test Results, and other records in PDF form. Online WELLcalendar with Email Alerts: WELLcalendar is available to track health related appointments, medications, refills, follow-up calls . Receive email reminders for these appointments, medication and refills. It’s difficult to remember, but hard to forget when WELLalarm is around to remind you!
Receive SMS message reminders for all of your WELLcalendar appointments including doctor appointments, medication, refills. Let WELLalarm remember those important appointments for you.
You can set an unlimited number of text message reminders to be delivered to your phone on a monthly, weekly or daily basis -- even an hour before your appointment or when it’s time to take your medication or pick up a refill.
MOBILE ACCOUNT
Mobile Account: Users can access all of their health information stored in their WELLalarm account on any phone with a simple mobile browser very easily via our .mobi site. Users will soon have the ability to fax documents in and out of their accounts from their cell phone, Iphone or blackberry! This is an extremely useful functionality if you are sitting at a doctors office and they ask you for a list of your medications – past and present! As a parent, who has not run into the situation where you have to fax a signed copy of your child’s vaccination record to multiple places (schools, camps, day care, afterschool activities, etc)? With WELLalarm’s mobile account access it is no problem, just have it faxed into your account once by the doctor and then you can fax it out from ANYWHERE at ANYTIME to anyone who needs it!

Fax Information Into Your WELLalarm Account: Receive faxes (including lab results) directly into your account in PDF form. WELLalarm can make sure your important health information is sent to and stored in your account, keeping you organized, and making it available when you need it.
